와락스튜디오(이하 "개발자")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 모바일 게임 발고르(이하 "본 게임")가 이용자의 정보를 어떻게 취급하는지를 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

개발자는 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하거나 자체 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 회원가입, 로그인, 이메일 입력, 연락처·위치·사진 접근 절차가 없습니다.

다만 광고 게재를 위해 Google AdMob이 이용자 기기에서 일부 정보를 수집합니다. 이는 Google이 광고 사업자로서 직접 수집·처리하는 것이며, 개발자는 그 원본 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.

2. 개인정보의 이용 목적

• 게임 진행 데이터 — 게임 진행 상태를 저장하고 복원하기 위한 목적으로만 사용됩니다. 기기를 벗어나지 않으며, 마케팅이나 프로파일링에 사용되지 않습니다.
• 구매 영수증 — 인앱 구매가 정상적으로 이루어졌는지 확인하기 위한 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
• 광고 식별자 — Google AdMob이 광고를 게재하고, 같은 광고가 반복되지 않도록 조절하며, 무효 클릭을 걸러내기 위해 사용합니다. 개발자는 이 데이터를 조회하거나 내려받을 수 없고, 집계된 노출 수·수익 통계만 확인합니다.

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 파기

게임 진행 데이터는 이용자의 기기에만 존재합니다. 본 게임을 삭제하면 해당 데이터도 함께 삭제되며, 개발자는 이를 복구할 수 없습니다. 개발자는 해당 데이터의 사본을 보관하지 않습니다.

4. 결제 처리

본 게임의 인앱 결제는 Google LLC가 운영하는 Google Play 결제 시스템을 통해 처리됩니다. 카드번호, 계좌정보 등 결제수단 정보는 Google이 직접 취급하며, 개발자는 이용자의 결제수단 정보에 접근하거나 이를 저장하지 않습니다.

구매 취소 및 환불은 Google Play의 환불 정책에 따르며, Google Play 스토어 또는 아래 연락처를 통해 요청하실 수 있습니다.

5. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁

개발자는 이용자의 정보를 직접 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 본 게임에는 아래 서비스가 포함되어 있으며, 각 사업자가 자체 정책에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.

본 게임에는 분석 도구(Analytics)나 소셜 로그인 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

5-1. 광고에 대한 이용자의 선택권

• 광고 제거 구매 — 게임 내 상점에서 '광고 제거'를 구매하면 광고가 표시되지 않으며, 광고 SDK가 초기화되지 않아 광고 관련 정보 수집도 이루어지지 않습니다. 한 번 구매하면 영구히 유지되고, 같은 Google 계정이라면 앱을 재설치해도 자동으로 복원됩니다.
• 맞춤 광고 끄기 — Android 기기의 설정 → Google → 광고 에서 '광고 ID 삭제' 또는 '맞춤 광고 선택 해제'를 설정할 수 있습니다. 이 경우에도 광고는 표시되지만 관심사 기반 맞춤이 적용되지 않습니다.

6. 접근 권한

본 게임은 인터넷 연결 없이도 플레이할 수 있으며(광고만 표시되지 않음), 다음 권한 외에는 요구하지 않습니다.

• 인터넷 접근 — 광고 수신과 인앱 결제 처리에 사용됩니다.
• 광고 ID(AD_ID) — Google AdMob 광고 게재를 위해 사용됩니다.

카메라, 마이크, 위치, 연락처, 저장소, 전화 관련 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

본 게임은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 본 게임에는 폭력적 요소를 포함한 판타지 전투 묘사가 포함되어 있습니다.

8. 이용자의 권리

본 게임은 개발자 측에 이용자 정보를 보관하지 않으므로, 열람·정정·삭제 요청의 대상이 되는 보관 정보가 존재하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 게임 데이터는 이용자가 본 게임을 삭제하거나 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하는 방법으로 언제든지 직접 파기하실 수 있습니다.

9. 개인정보처리방침의 변경

Warag Studio ("the Developer") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the mobile game Valgor ("the Game") handles your information.

1. Information We Collect

The Developer does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information. There is no sign-up, no login, and no request for your email, contacts, location, or photos. However, Google AdMob collects certain information on your device in order to serve ads. Google acts as the advertising provider here; the Developer has no access to that raw data.

2. How the Information Is Used

• Game progress — only to save and restore your progress. It never leaves your device.
• Purchase receipt — only to verify that an in-app purchase completed successfully.
• Advertising identifier — used by Google AdMob to deliver ads, cap repetition, and filter invalid clicks. The Developer cannot query or download this data and sees only aggregated impression and revenue statistics.

3. Retention and Deletion

Game progress exists only on your device. Uninstalling the Game deletes this data permanently; the Developer cannot recover it and keeps no copy of it.

4. Payments

In-app purchases are processed by the Google Play billing system operated by Google LLC. Payment credentials such as card numbers are handled directly by Google. The Developer never accesses or stores your payment information. See the Google Privacy Policy for details on what Google collects. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

5. Third Parties

The Developer does not sell or directly share your information. The Game does include the following third-party services, each governed by its own policy:

• Google AdMob (Google LLC) — ad delivery. Google advertising policies
• Google Play Billing (Google LLC) — in-app purchases. Google Privacy Policy

The Game contains no analytics SDKs and no social login providers.

5-1. Your Choices Regarding Ads

• Remove Ads purchase — buying "Remove Ads" in the in-game shop permanently disables advertising. The ads SDK is not initialized at all, so no ad-related data is collected. The purchase is restored automatically on reinstall with the same Google account.
• Opt out of personalized ads — on Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads to delete your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization.

6. Permissions

The Game is playable offline (ads simply will not appear). It requests only Internet access (ads and in-app billing) and the advertising ID (AD_ID) permission. It does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage, or phone permissions.

7. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. It contains fantasy violence.

8. Your Rights

Because the Developer holds no user data, there is no stored information to access, correct, or delete on our side. You may erase your local game data at any time by uninstalling the Game or clearing its app data in your device settings. For any privacy question, contact us below.

9. Changes to This Policy

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Significant changes will also be announced in-game or in the store release notes.
